Since 2011, P.S. I’m On My Way has been championing inclusivity on the Internet. As a person of color herself, our CEO Trisha Velarmino makes sure that every person (male, female, LGBTQ, black, white, Jewish, Muslim, etc) who opens this site, should see someone who looks like them and recognize themselves in them and hopefully learn about their importance in the fabric of society. We make sure there are no biases when it comes to race, gender, identity, sexuality, disability, etc.

P.S. I’m On My Way also created the BIPOC Creator Fellowship which funds aspiring content creators from India, the Philippines, Nigeria, Eastern Europe, to amplify their voices on the Internet and make a living out of it. All over the world, we want to extend our honest and transparent journalism to communities that are historically excluded from media.

We also ensure that they will advance in their career as a person of color after they work with us. Our intensive staff training and lucrative employee benefits are big parts of this goal.

Trisha is originally from the Philippines and has no US citizenship or any other passports but 85% of this blog’s readership is from the United States.
